Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a valid shipping address and must contact BoldJewelers prior to shipment if any changes are needed. Once an item has been shipped, it cannot be rerouted.
Orders are shipped directly to your door. For your protection, orders valued between $100–$1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file.
Delivery & Tracking
An Estimated Arrival Date will be provided at checkout. This includes both processing/packaging time and shipping time based on the selected method. Once shipped, customers will receive a UPS® or USPS® tracking number via email.
We apply delivery confirmation/tracking to every order to help ensure safe and timely delivery.

If tracking shows “delivered” but the package is not received, BoldJewelers is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
