• We want to make your shopping experience at BoldJewelers.com easy and convenient.    Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. 

•  The customer is responsible for providing a valid shipping address and contacting Boldjewlers if there are any changes before the item is shipped.  BoldJewelers will not reroute the item which was already shipped.                

• Your order will be shipped directly to your door. For your protection, orders of $100 - $1,000 or more require a signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. USPS® will attempt to deliver 1 business day. USPS Hold Mail® service can hold your mail safely at your local Post Office™ facility until you return, for up to 30 days. If not, a package requiring a signature will be held up to 15 days, or less if the mailer requests a return sooner. Express mail is held for 5 days. Returning the package  

• An Estimated Arrival Date will be provided at the time your order is placed. Estimated Arrival Date is the time to process and package the item, PLUS the time to ship to you, based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Customers can obtain their UPS®/USPS tracking number via email once their item is packaged and shipped.

•   We like to ensure that your order is delivered to you promptly and in perfect condition; therefore, we apply a delivery confirmation/tracking # to each order.  If tracking reads “delivered” and you have not received the items ordered, BoldJewelers will NOT be held responsible for any loss. Business days are Monday‐Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery times & dates are only for guidance we will not be held liable for the late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.  WEATHER DELAYS: Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. BoldJewelers.com will not be held liable or refunded based on an inclement weather delay.

• Disclaimer and Liability  BoldJewelers will not be held responsible for any damages that could arise from using any of the third-party delivery services.  

• Individuals under 18 years of age are prohibited from using this website. Transactions made by unauthorized minors will be treated as if conducted by an adult and will not be refunded.

Online purchases or purchases made on any social media platform Cannot be Returned or Exchanged; all sales are final. BoldJewelers Final Sales Policy CLEARANCE PRICING POLICY—Ticketed prices refer to the original ticketed price of the merchandise and may not have resulted in sales. Intermediate markdowns may have been taken before the clearance prices were shown. Clearance merchandise may have been included in previous promotions. Clearance prices are available for as long as inventory exists.

Any intentional attempt to obtain money from a financial institution by misrepresenting whether a transaction was authorized may result in fines up to $1,000,000, imprisonment up to 30 years, or both under the provisions of Federal law (18 U.S.C. §1344). 

Any fraudulent activity will be reported to the police.
